It may happen that a product does not meet your expectations. Whether you want to return a product for any reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. If you meet our return conditions, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. Only the costs of the return shipment will be for your account.
We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible with text and images to help you make the right choice. However, please note that materials may show slight variations and the colour of the displayed product may vary due to your monitor settings.
Note: Sealed products with a limited shelf life (such as hygiene and customised products) that have been opened cannot be returned. For questions about our products, you can always contact us. Please check below if you are eligible for a return.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the products ordered. However, you can return your order according to our right of withdrawal and then re-order the desired products in our webshop. See our return conditions below.

- Make sure the products are returned unused, sealed, in the original box, properly packed and within 14 days of receipt.
- Protect the original packaging and make sure it is not damaged. For products with limited shelf life (such as hygiene and customised products), keep the packaging sealed.
- If the product or packaging reaches us damaged, we may reduce its value. Therefore, please treat the products with care.
- As we do not have a pick-up location, it is not possible to deliver returns in person.
- Please register your return using the form below so that we can easily process it. Non-registered returns will not be processed and will be returned. You will have to pay the costs. So register easily and quickly below.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can only do so if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. You are only eligible for free cancellation if you contact us quickly. We will do our best to cancel your order in a timely manner.
If you accidentally received a wrong order, we apologise. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send the correct order.

It may happen that a product is damaged during transport. Always check your order upon receipt. If you have received a defective product, please take clear pictures and contact our customer service immediately so we can help you further.
Note: Damage in transit must be reported to us within 1 working day of receipt.
