What is 4-HO-MET?

4-HO-MET (also known as color, methylcybin and metocin, is a lesser-known new research chemical from the tryptamine class . 4-HO-MET is structurally related to psilocin, the active ingredient in psilocybin mushrooms ("magic mushrooms"). It is believed to produce its effects by binding to serotonin receptors in the brain.
