Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the ordered products within the statutory period of 14 days from receipt without giving reasons. Below you will find details on how to exercise your right of withdrawal and the exceptions to this:
Right of withdrawal:
- Term: You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products.
- Use and Inspection: You may remove the products from the shipping box and use them to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This means you must treat the product as you would in a physical shop.
- Returns: If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, make sure you handle the products carefully and return them to King Chemicals in their original condition and packaging.
- Return costs: You will bear the cost of returning the products.
For instructions on how to return ordered products, please see our return instructions on the page: Exchanges & returns
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is irrelevant on the following products:
- Perishables and hygiene products: Products with a limited shelf life or hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned. This means that once the seal of such a product is broken, you cannot return the product.
- Customised products: Products manufactured or customised especially for you cannot be returned.
After successful payment, the sale of these products is considered final, as explicitly stated in the offer.
For more information and to check whether a product falls under these exceptions, please contact our customer service or check the specifications on our website.
